Matthew is Link Logistics’ chief financial officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate finance, including treasury, cash management, financial planning and analysis, accounting and tax. He also leads the firm’s strategy and innovation functions. Prior to joining Link in 2019, Matt served as chief financial officer of various REITs, including SITE Centers, which invests in shopping centers; Retail Value Inc., among the largest owners and managers of value-oriented retail real estate in the United States; and Equity One, an owner of coastal shopping centers, which merged with Regency Centers in 2015. ​Matt has also held the positions of managing director and associate director of research at Morgan Stanley and served as a member of the board of directors of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a publicly traded retail REIT, from 2010 to 2015. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American history from Tufts University and a dual Master of Science degree in real estate and city planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to BGO, Yi-Shan had a 19-year career at JPMorgan, based in NY from 2000-2007 with roles in asset management, acquisitions, and alternative acquisitions,, and then based in Hong Kong and Shanghai from 2007-2018, where she led the team’s investment activities in Greater China, South Korea, and Singapore. Her most recent title with JPM was Managing Director, Head of Acquisitions, China.

Yi-Shan graduated with honors from Cornell University with a B.A. in Policy Analysis and Management, an interdisciplinary major with coursework focused on core disciplines of economics, statistics, government, sociology and ethics.

A native New Yorker, Yi-Shan is on the Board of Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association and serves as chair of the Development/Finance Allocation Committee, responsible for fundraising and allocation of funds.
