Founder and Managing Partner, Arrow Real Estate

Morris Betesh is the Founding Principal of Arrow Real Estate Advisors, where he leads a team of thirteen professionals. Mr.Betesh specializes in sourcing debt and equity for developers nationwide.

Previously, he joined Meridian Capital Group in May 2017, and prior to joining Meridian he served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets and a Director of Capital Services at Massey Knakal Realty Services. To date, Mr. Betesh has financed
over 1,000 buildings across the United States and has closed well in excess of over $20 billion in transactions throughout his career.

Mr. Betesh lives in Midwood, Brooklyn with his wife and four children. They’re activemembers of the community, and in his free time he’s an active skier, surfer and drummer.

Jordan Casella is a managing director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop based in New York City. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing for all commercial real estate asset classes nationally. He has over two decades of real estate and fund finance experience and has been with Walker & Dunlop since September 2022.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Casella was a senior vice president at Bank of America in their
Commercial Real Estate Banking Group. There, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of real
estate banking clients comprised of large-scale developers, institutional investors, and private equity real
estate fund managers. During his 16+ years of tenure, Mr. Casella delivered all banking capa­bilities to his clients with the primary focus of leading the origination efforts for $15Bn+ of senior and mezzanine loans across all property types nationwide, as well as, providing institutional credit facilities.

Mr. Casella earned his bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Colorado
Boulder. He also holds two master’s degrees in finance and management from the Carroll School of
Management at Boston College and is a CFA Charter holder.

Eric Ramirez is a Managing Director and Head of Eastern Region Originations at ACORE CAPITAL in the New York office, responsible for sourcing, originating, structuring, underwriting and closing commercial real estate financing opportunities.

Before joining ACORE CAPITAL, Mr.
Ramirez helped start IH Capital’s CMBS platform and was involved with over $1.5 billion in originations over a 2-year period.

Prior to IH Capital, Mr. Ramirez was a Vice President in Wells Fargo’s Large Loan Real Estate Capital Markets Group. His responsibilities included loan sizing, underwriting, closing and disposition of CMBS loans into the secondary market. In his four years at Wells Fargo, Mr. Ramirez was involved in over $5.0 billion worth of CMBS transactions and over $500 million of
balance sheet loans.

Mr. Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Drew University.
