Ronald Kamdem, CFA is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and the Head of US REITs and Commercial Real Estate Research. Mr. Kamdem joined the Firm in 2010 and has covered public companies in the Real Estate sector for the past 12 years, including lead coverage of retail, industrial, office, healthcare, storage, triple net, and gaming REITs. His experience spans all sub-sectors and he has contributed to important thematic and collaborative research, including 1) Longevity in the US and the rise of senior housing communities as the 65+ population reaches ~71mn by 2030 and 2) Generative AI usage across 23 occupational categories and the potential impact on the half a million occupations in the public real estate market. Prior to working in Equity Research, Mr. Kamdem worked in Equity Sales at Morgan Stanley in the Wealth Management business, partnering with financial advisors and their clients to identify investment opportunities. Mr. Kamdem graduated from Harvard College in 2010 with a Major in Economics and a Minor in Statistics and he has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Kamdem is fluent in French and is a Board Member of an Education and Squash non-profit in Harlem and of the Harvard Club of NY Foundation.

Jake Fingert is a Managing Partner at Camber Creek. Jake coordinates all aspects of Camber Creek’s operation and portfolio management. Jake was previously a Senior Policy Advisor to President Obama on the National Economic Council at the White House. Prior to the White House, Jake was a Senior Advisor to the GSA Administrator where he served on the executive committee. Jake was a political appointee in both these roles where he helped identify new investments and manage operations for the Federal Government’s infrastructure and real estate portfolio of approximately 350 million square feet. Prior to joining the government, he was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group where he served on the management team in North America and Asia. Jake worked with leading private sector companies on technology transformation efforts. Jake currently served on the boards of a number of Camber Creek portfolio companies, he is the Chair of the ULI Technology Council, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Jake received his MBA with honors from Harvard Business School and his bachelor’s degree with high honors from Emory University. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and 3 children.

Sandy Jacolow is the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Empire State Realty Trust. He oversees technology innovation in support of Property Management, Leasing, Development, the Empire State Building Observatory, sustainability, and PropTech activities. He will work closely with the Information Technology and Compliance teams to monitor and mitigate risk associated with today’s cyber threats. Prior to Empire State Realty Trust, Mr. Jacolow served as Chief Information Officer at Meridian Capital Group, a role in which he oversaw their brokerage, investment sales, and retail leasing initiatives. Prior to Meridian he served as Silverstein Properties’ Chief Information Officer, a role in which he oversaw technology initiatives supporting the company’s property management, asset management, leasing, digital marketing, and construction & development activities. His role expanded across their Silver Suites and World Trade Center Management & Development lines of business. Mr. Jacolow currently is a member of the Real Estate of New York (REBNY) Technology Steering Committee, chairperson of their Cyber Security Committee, and co-founder of their annual PropTech Challenge. Additionally, he serves as a Board Member of the Global Cyber Consortium and is a member of the Realcomm Advisory board. During his career Mr. Jacolow has previously served as chairperson of the NCREIF Information Management Committee, a member of the REIS Council, a member of NAREIM’s IT Advisory Council, and a founding member on the Board of Directors for OSCRE International.

Mary Stewart also founded ChalkTalks, an internet-software-based transcription and closed-captioning company that she sold in 2019.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College, where she played on the lacrosse and soccer teams. Mary Stewart is active in the Central Park Conservancy, Ellevate Women’s Network, and The Fresh Air Fund. She is on the Board of Trustees for the Children’s Museum of Manhattan (CMOM).

Steven continues to influence architectural and cultural discourse through various board positions; he served on the board of directors of the Hammer Museum, where he is now the Co-Chair of the Global Council, and the Board of Trustees of SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture).
