This is the question that Commercial Observer attempts to answer every year in our annual Power Young Professionals feature, when we look at the most promising aces in the world of finance, investment, development, leasing, sales, architecture and construction.
Any industry leader can nominate themselves or their peers to be considered. Following the nominations, our editors will select the honorees in each category to be featured in our annual Power Young Professionals feature on June 23.

CRITERIA & METHODOLOGY
Any commercial real estate professional can nominate himself or herself or a peer to be considered.
Nominees must:
- Be under 40 years of age
- Meet the location requirements stated for each category
- Have not been featured on any past Commercial Observer Power Young Professionals list
Please complete the nomination form in FULL, including a photograph (2 megabytes or larger) and be available for a brief interview. All complete and valid nominations that are received by the deadline of 5PM Tuesday, May 15 2026 will be submitted for review by Commercial Observer’s editors. After review, the editors will select honorees in each category and notify them via email in the last week of May. Due to the volume of nominations only those selected as honorees will be contacted.
