Andrew Coen

Andrew Coen is a finance reporter for Commercial Observer. He joined CO in January 2021 after six years at The Bond Buyer, where he was a Northeast Regional Reporter covering public finance developments affecting state and local governments. He has held previous reporting stints at Financial Planning, AOL Patch, Crain’s InvestmentNews, Institutional Investor News and the Nassau Herald. A Rhode Island native, Coen graduated with a B.A. in print journalism from Hofstra University where he was also active with the college's radio station.
