Andrew Min leads digital initiatives at RXR. His responsibilities include investing in and managing proptech investment strategies, portfolio companies, and joint ventures, as well as leading RXR’s in-house software development team. He also works on corporate and investment strategy initiatives spanning new-market identification, macroeconomic research, organizational design, and investment processes. Andrew also serves as co-CEO of View, a smart-building technology company. Before RXR, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he advised real estate clients on strategy, operations, investing, and digital disruption. He was also the fifth employee at numberFire, a sports analytics startup later acquired by FanDuel. Andrew graduated from Princeton University.

Managing Director of Operations, TruAmerica Multifamily

Austen Mount serves as Managing Director of Operations at TruAmerica Multifamily, where he oversees the firm’s national portfolio of more than 60,000 units across 275 properties. He leads strategic asset oversight and performance optimization, partnering with the asset management, construction, and investment teams to drive value creation across the firm’s $15.2 billion portfolio.

Austen plays a key role in post-acquisition transactions—including dispositions, refinances, recapitalizations, and specialized executions—while leading initiatives that strengthen portfolio-level operations and corporate infrastructure. He works closely with senior leadership and investor partners to shape portfolio strategy, benchmark performance, and enhance risk-adjusted returns through rigorous financial analysis and data-driven insights.

Since joining TruAmerica in 2020, Austen has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s approach to debt management and advancing its technology and process capabilities, including the rollout of TruAmerica’s RealPage platform and other data integration initiatives.

Prior to joining TruAmerica, Austen held finance and accounting roles at The New Home Company and two national accounting firms. His experience spans real estate private equity, development finance, and operational management, providing a multidisciplinary foundation for his approach to portfolio management.

Austen holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was a Peter Bren Distinguished Fellow in Entrepreneurial Real Estate, and a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a licensed CPA (inactive) in California.
