Lisa Brylowski

SVP, ESG Management, Brookfield Real Estate

Lisa Brylowski is the Senior Vice President of ESG Management at Brookfield Real Estate, where she is responsible for executing Brookfield’s sustainability strategy across the firm’s $280 billion real estate portfolio.

Lisa provides strategic oversight of all aspects of sustainability operations across Brookfield Real Estate’s portfolio companies, equity and credit strategies, and coordinates the firm’s decarbonization strategy. In addition to her current role, Lisa has extensive portfolio management expertise, including sourcing capital for direct and co-investment opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and overseeing separate accounts.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Lisa served as a megaproject policy advisor to the City of Toronto and worked as a consultant for an urban planning and design firm. Lisa holds advanced degrees from the University of Toronto and Toronto Metropolitan University.

As CEO of KBS, a nationally recognized real estate investment advisory firm, Mr. DeLuca directs business activities and oversees all KBS operations including the acquisition and management of individual investments and portfolios of income-producing real estate assets. Mr. DeLuca is also responsible for all acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management activities in the eastern United States, is a member of the Executive Committee and is chairman of the KBS Investment Committee that reviews and approves all new investments and dispositions for the firm.

Mr. DeLuca began his real estate career in 1994 with American Property Services where he managed the operations of a multimillion-dollar commercial and residential real estate portfolio. In 1996, he joined SFRE Management where he was a vice president/principal and was responsible for directing all oversight for their commercial and multifamily portfolio. Mr. DeLuca, in 1999, joined ING Clarion Partners in Washington, D.C. Mr. DeLuca became a managing director at Clarion Partners and was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions for the Mid- Atlantic Region from Delaware to South Florida. He created and led a diverse team in the property management, asset management and acquisition platforms. Mr. DeLuca graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and public policy and earned a Master of Science degree in real estate from Johns Hopkins University.

Jonathan Hong is Vice President at Silverstein Properties responsible for development, acquisitions, and capital markets activities through the organization’s balance sheet. He has closed on approximately $4.6 billion of development and acquisition investments in New York City and Los Angeles. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, capitalizing, and closing equity investments as well as spearheading organization-wide due diligence processes across design & construction, asset management, operations, leasing, legal, and accounting.

Jonathan holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from Vassar College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Sarah King is Senior Vice President of Sustainability at Kilroy Realty, working to advance the sustainability performance of all new and existing buildings in the Kilroy portfolio. She leads the sustainability team and its efforts on operational & embodied carbon, energy efficiency, renewable energy, health & wellness, water use & waste reductions, and positive social impact.

Sarah has been working in the sustainability field for 25 years. Prior to joining Kilroy, she held sustainability roles at Skanska USA Commercial Development and DuPont. She has also worked for several NGOs, including Climate Mayors and the Environmental Law Institute.

She earned a BA in economics from Carleton College and an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business. Sarah holds LEED Green Associate, Fitwel Ambassador, and WELL AP credentials. She volunteers on the Net Impact Advisory Board at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Sarah is an Aspen Institute Catto Fellow.

Apaulo Malloy serves as ESG manager at KBS Realty Advisors, where she oversees the development and implementation of the firm’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy. She works closely with property teams and corporate stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives, enhance reporting practices and align operations with industry standards and frameworks.

Ms. Malloy has led key efforts resulting in multiple ESG recognitions, including a Green Star designation from GRESB and three awards from the Orange County Business Journal for innovation in ESG, volunteerism and sustainability. Her work also supports KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III’s 2026 “Leader in the Light” award from Nareit in the Operations category, which recognized the REIT’s sustainability achievements. She also played a central role in creating the firm’s first ESG policy and improving overall program effectiveness.

Ms. Malloy holds a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California. She is an advocate for social equity and animal welfare and is committed to advancing responsible business practices.

Ben Myers serves as Senior Vice President, Sustainability, where he is responsible for sustainability and ESG strategy, implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. He has a genuine passion for sustainable real estate and is committed to disrupting the status quo as an industry leader on climate action, resilience, green building, renewable energy, healthy workspaces, and urban ecosystems. Prior to being appointed to the role in 2015, Mr. Myers held positions in construction management at the Company, as well as green building services at Harvard University. Mr. Myers holds an MA in Urban Environmental Leadership from Lesley University and a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Dana Robbins Schneider is Senior Vice President, Director of Energy and Sustainability for Empire State Realty Trust. Dana is responsible to define, lead, and execute a comprehensive program for all company and property level energy and sustainability initiatives, industry leading best practices, wellness programs, disclosure, and reporting. Dana leads the work behind ESRT’s globally recognized Net Zero work, for ESB by 2030 and the portfolio by 2035, focused on analyzing and implementing actionable measures which drive performance and payback at the whole building, systems and tenant level including proactive planning for LL97. We focus on measurable actionable impacts in emissions, energy, water, waste, and indoor environmental quality to drive ROI and healthy buildings.

Prior to joining ESRT, Dana led JLL’s Energy and Sustainability Projects team for the Americas, working on over 250 million square feet of impact projects over 18 years. Before this, Dana was a mechanical engineer at WSP.

Dana graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia in 1999 and serves on the Mayor’s Sustainability Advisory Board, Real Estate Roundtable Sustainable Policy Advisory Committee, Urban Green Board of Directors, ULI Think Tank Committee, REBNY Sustainability Committee, and is a LEED Fellow since 2016.  Dana served on the LL97 Technical Pathways for Commercial Buildings and Economic Working Group and maximum terms on the USGBC LEED Steering Committee and USGBC Technical Advisory Group for IEQ.

Prior to LuxWall, he held executive leadership roles at Guardian Glass, including Chief Technology Officer, Group Vice President, and President, and earlier served as CTO of an AMLCD technology company and in technical leadership roles at Honeywell Aerospace. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in systems engineering and is the inventor or co-inventor on more than 300 U.S. and E.U. patents.

Cope Willis is Managing Director of Sustainability for Greystar and is responsible for leading both the strategy and execution of the company’s global climate and sustainability
efforts for the owned assets portfolio.

With over twenty years of sustainability and industry experience, Cope joined Greystar from
Harsco Corporation, a leading provider of materials and environmental services to the global steel and metals industry. At Harsco, he was Vice President of Sustainability and
Environmental Solutions, leading their global sustainability program and ESG integration
across corporate and business functions. Prior to that, he worked at PwC as Director of Sustainability,
advising many of the largest global financial, private equity, and real estate companies. Cope is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the US Green Building Council.

Cope earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Virginia and a doctorate in earth sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
