Brad Taylor

Vice President Capital Projects, Northwell Health

Bradley R. Taylor, MBA, CHFM, CHC, joined Northwell Health as the Vice President of Capital Projects in 2024. In this role, he manages the design and construction activities for Northwell Health’s southern region. He reports to the SVP/Deputy of Enterprise Services.

Prior to Northwell, Mr. Taylor was the AVP of Planning, Design, and Construction for White Plains Hospital.

Prior to that, Mr. Taylor was the Chief Facilities Officer for the Medical University of South Carolina and MUSC Health, where his responsibilities included planning, design, construction, and maintenance for three academic hospitals, a regional healthcare system comprising 9 hospitals, and the medical school facilities.

Prior to that, Mr. Taylor was the System Vice President, Design and Construction for Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, a twelve-hospital system that includes the University of Minnesota Medical Center. Additionally, Mr. Taylor served as an intermittent Life Safety Code Surveyor for The Joint Commission, assessing hospitals nationwide for compliance with the Environment of Care and NFPA Life Safety Code requirements.

Mr. Taylor has held several leadership roles within the American Hospital Association and served as President of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering in 2018. Prior to that, he served on the Board of Directors of ASHE from 2014 to 2016. He has also served in several positions within the Missouri Society for Healthcare Engineering, including President (2014).

Mr. Taylor earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and his Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University. He has 37 years of professional experience in engineering, facility maintenance, and construction.
