Prior to founding Fairstead, Will managed the acquisition, financing, and development of over 4,500 units for The Related Companies’ Affordable Housing Group and served as a Special Advisor to the New York City Housing Authority. Using data, empathy and technology, Will focuses on building attainable housing and strengthening community to inspire change and promote upward socio-economic mobility–all through the lens of achieving solid risk adjusted returns with tangible impact. Will has secured his place among the visionaries forging a path forward to create the next era of real estate in America. He appears on the Commercial Observer’s 2024 Power 100 list and was named Innovator of the Year by the same publication in 2020. Will has also been recognized as one of the most powerful people in real estate by Crain’s New York Business and City & State. Will holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from MIT. He serves on the board of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition, a Trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission and sits on the board of the Children’s Museum of Manhattan (CMOM), the American Institute for Stuttering (AIS), and New Heights Youth, a sports-based youth development program.

Jon Colatrella is the Executive Director of HLZAE’s Engineering Department, with more than 20 years of experience leading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and forensic projects across New York City. He oversees the design, installation, and investigation of major building system upgrades and capital improvements for residential and commercial properties, while supporting business development and day-to-day operations of the overall engineering department. Jon also provides expert witness consulting and works closely with building owners to address energy efficiency initiatives and compliance with Local Laws 87, 97, and 152. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York.

Matt Ferrari is the Founder and Managing Partner of PXV Multifamily, a Miami-based multifamily investment and operating firm focused on the acquisition, ownership, and oversight of apartment communities across select key markets in the United States. The firm invests across a broad range of multifamily opportunities, emphasizing institutional-quality assets and situations where active asset management and operational execution are central to value creation.

Previously, as Co-Chief Investment Officer at TruAmerica Multifamily, Mr. Ferrari led over $11 billion in apartment acquisitions and played a central role in raising more than $4 billion in joint venture and discretionary equity. He helped expand the firm’s national platform and oversaw asset management and operations for a 22,000-unit portfolio across the Eastern and Central U.S.

Earlier, he held senior investment and operations roles at AvalonBay Communities Inc. (NYSE: AVB), and Archstone Communities, where he built a strong operational foundation that remains core to his approach and PXV’s strategy.

Beyond real estate, Mr. Ferrari is actively involved in alumni leadership and philanthropy at Skidmore College, including a large involvement in fundraising efforts for the school’s baseball program. An avid mountain climber, he also summited Mount Everest in 2025, an achievement reflecting reflects the resilience, meticulous preparation, and endurance central to his leadership and firm culture.

Mr. Ferrari holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a B.S. in Management and Business from Skidmore College (cum laude). He is actively involved in the industry, serving on Georgetown’s Steers Center for Global Real Assets Steering Committee, the Urban Land Institute’s Multifamily Blue Council, and previously on NMHC’s Political Action Committee.

Pascual began his career in architecture before transitioning into real estate development, combining design expertise with institutional-grade financial analysis and deal structuring. His acquisition experience is rooted in identifying value-creation opportunities through disciplined site selection, entitlement strategy, design optimization, and the structuring of complex joint ventures and capital stacks.
Throughout his career, Pascual has worked closely with equity partners, lenders, municipalities, and operating partners to advance projects from acquisition through stabilization. Prior to joining Hudson, Kramer developed affordable housing as the Housing Director of thenVenice Community Housing Corporation in Los Angeles, and a project manager for the Skid Row Housing Trust. In 1989, David was one of the founders and the first Executive Director of People for Parks, a Los Angeles non-profit coalition of parks advocates. David has a Bachelor Degree from Yale University and graduated from the Coro Foundation of Public Affairs Program. David has served on the boards of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation, the Coro Foundation and the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, where he also served as Chair. David founded the quarterly Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable to benefit the Brooklyn Historical Society. He lives in Brooklyn Heights with his wife, three children and two poorly-trained dogs. He is a long-suffering New York Giants fan, has completed 6 New York City Marathons, 5 Century Bike Races and knows the lyrics to most Broadway musicals. He has finished in the money in both KenKen and Su Doku tournaments.

Over his tenure, LaBar has directed the acquisition and recapitalization of more than $5.1 billion in multifamily transactions, encompassing more than 20,400 units nationwide. In 2021, he launched TruAmerica’s Salt Lake City office, extending the firm’s geographic reach and deepening its Western U.S. presence. LaBar is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and ability to drive results across functions and regions, qualities that have been instrumental in TruAmerica’s continued growth. He brings over 11 years of multifamily investment experience, including prior roles at Sundance Bay Multifamily, Chartwell Capital Partners, and Compass Acquisition Partners. LaBar earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), including its Political Action Committee (PAC). Mark Lecocq oversees capital markets and investments as a Managing Director for
