The Call for 2025 Top Young Professionals Nominations is Open

In New York real estate, success starts with hustle—and each year, Commercial Observer highlights the rising stars who embody that drive in our Top Young Professionals feature. Industry leaders can nominate themselves or peers, and our editors will select standout talents in leasing, sales, finance, architecture, engineering, and construction to be featured on June 24, 2025. Honorees will then be celebrated at an exclusive, invitation-only reception on September 30, 2025.
