Chad Tredway, Managing Director, Global Head of Real Estate at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, leads the $80 billion global real estate investment platform that invests in real estate assets throughout the globe and across a range of equity and debt, core, mid-risk, and opportunistic strategies on behalf of institutional, sovereign, and high-net-worth investors.

Previously, Chad founded and led Trio Investment Group, a boutique real estate investment management firm specializing in institutional sale-leaseback strategies, now part of Real Estate Americas (REA). Prior to founding Trio in 2021, Chad was Managing Director and Head of J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Banking business. In this role, he oversaw more than $20 billion in commercial real estate loan exposure and led a national team of 250 professionals. Furthermore, Chad held senior roles within Commercial Term Lending at J.P. Morgan, where he helped build the largest multifamily lending portfolio in the United States. In addition to being named to Commercial Observer’s “50 Most Powerful People in Real Estate” list, Chad has been named to Crain’s “40 Under 40” and Real Estate Forum’s “50 Under 40” lists. He is also a board member of the Pension Real Estate Association Foundation.

Chad holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Loyola University Chicago.

Brendan Coleman — one of the premier multifamily and credit facility originators in the country — and
his team of five structured finance experts have a collective 60 years experience.  Since joining Walker &Dunlop Multifamily Finance production group in 2007, Mr. Coleman’s team has originated more than 800 transactions totaling over $21 billion dollars in financing.

Mr. Coleman holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia as well as a master’s
degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.

Beyond the company, Mr. Coleman is actively involved in the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) and is on the Board of Directors at Fair Chance, a non-profit committed to combating homelessness and poverty in the Nation’s Capital. Mr. Coleman and his wife Tara have four children and lives in Washington, DC.

Zachary Cohn is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group. In this role, he leads capital markets activities throughout the North America and is a co-leader of the real estate credit business, focusing on tactical credit investments.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2016, he worked at Citi, where he was responsible for the underwriting, origination and structuring of commercial real estate debt investments.

Mr. Cohn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.

Dan Cooperman is the Head of Investments for Mavik and sits on the Investment Committee. Dan is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and execution of Mavik’s investments.

Prior to joining Mavik, Dan managed the debt placement activities of The Greenwich Group International, a real estate investment banking firm based in New York. Prior to that, Dan was an Assistant Vice President in Chase Manhattan Bank’s Global Properties Group, where he worked on the bank’s real estate acquisitions and divestitures. Dan started his career in acquisitions and asset management at JGS, a Japanese conglomerate with global real estate holdings.

Dan received a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dan is a member of ULI.

Currently, Head of Acquisitions at Terra Strategies focusing on the acquisition of distressed debt and securities, Natalia previously held roles at rating agencies, assessing the issuance of new CMBS as well as NPL Acquisitions for PE fund.

Natalia started in real estate following the GFC as an analyst representing distressed borrowers in the restructuring of their loans on commercial real estate properties. After immigrating to the United States in with no real estate connections, Natalia has attained a professional excellence as well as having amassed a real estate investment portfolio.

She holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from Moscow State University of Technology and Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance from NYU.
