A cannabis store is opening its Manhattan flagship location at the base of a luxury Tribeca condominium building.

Got Your Six, a licensed dispensary based in New Jersey, has signed a 2,300-square-foot lease at 256 West Street, also known as 92 Laight Street. The corner retail lease between Laight and Vestry streets occupies part of the ground floor at Riverloft Condominiums, a 13-story luxury complex, and is near Hudson River Park. Crain’s New York first reported on the deal.
