Trebellar, an AI-native platform for corporate real estate, announced that it has raised an $18 million Series A to automate enterprise real estate portfolio strategies.
Blossom Capital led the round, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish and Bynd Venture Capital.
Founded in 2022, San Francisco-based Trebellar brings together portfolio data in a format that can be used by artificial intelligence to create real estate strategies for large corporations and other occupiers, said Diego Ferreiro Val, co-founder and CEO of Trebellar. “We deliver a platform that gives you the ability to make decisions faster with more confidence than what you could do before by doing manual work with data you don’t trust.”
Trebellar saw 20 times revenue growth from the first quarter of 2026 to the second, according to the company. Among the large enterprises using Trebellar to determine their space needs are Uber, Meta and Merck. Instead of spreadsheets and outside consultants, Trebellar provides customers with a live view of their portfolios, including space, cost, utilization, commute and transit data. The technology can also provide team sentiment.
“We work with the end occupier in the corporate space,” said Adam Sewall, co-founder and chief operating officer of Trebellar. “In many cases, of course, those end customers have services provider partnerships. We’re building tools for both sides of that equation, but our customers, such as Meta, Merck, and Cohesity, are end occupiers.”
Trebellar said it will use the new funding to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams, deepen its AI capabilities, and expand its enterprise customer base.
“What Trebellar has built is exactly what corporate real estate has been missing: purpose-built AI that actually thinks about the problem the way we do, not just another dashboard,” Dave Gunter, vice president of global workplace services at Meta, said in a statement. “It’s quickly becoming a key part of how our team thinks about real estate decisions.”
Trebellar was founded by a team of engineers and operators from Salesforce — including Ferreiro Val, who led engineering there — as well as from Google, Waymo and Verkada. The company recently added Dave Radcliffe, who oversaw the massive expansion of Google’s real estate footprint, as an adviser.
“Corporate real estate is one of the last major categories AI hasn’t reached yet — not because the opportunity isn’t there, but because the problem needed technology built specifically for it, not a repurposed dashboard or another services relationship,” Ophelia Brown of Blossom Capital said of the recent funding.
