A Malaysian bank and a concierge medical service together took more than 14,100 square feet of office space in Midtown.

Malayan Banking Berhad, also known as Maybank, signed the largest of the two deals with 8,629 square feet across the entire 24th floor of Steinberg & Pokoik Management’s 575 Madison Avenue, according to landlord broker CBRE.

CBRE did not disclose the asking rent, but the average asking rent for office space in Midtown in the third quarter of 2026 was $85.08 per square foot, according to a report from Colliers.

Maybank will relocate its New York City offices from 400 Park Avenue about three blocks away.

Meanwhile, the smaller of the two deals was for Park 55 Medical Associates, where Dr. Wendy Ziecheck and Dr. Christopher Barley will practice medicine. Park 55 leased 5,474 square feet on part of the 10th and 15th floors of the building.

“575 Madison Avenue attracts leading financial services and professional services tenants seeking a prestigious address and exceptional building amenities,” CBRE’s Gregg Rothkin said in a statement. “These latest transactions underscore the demand for high-quality office space in a premier Midtown location.”

Rothkin negotiated on behalf of the landlord alongside CBRE’s David Hollander, Brad Auerbach, Maxwell Tarter and William Hooks, but it’s unclear who represented the tenants in the deals.

In a third deal, another concierge health clinic, which CBRE declined to identify, leased 14,211 square feet at 575 Madison, according to the brokerage.
