EliseAI, an artificial intelligence company automating housing and health care systems, announced Tuesday that it has raised $350 million, bringing the proptech unicorn’s valuation to $4 billion.

Andreessen Horowitz (also known as a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners led the round, with participation from the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital.

EliseAI will use the capital to accelerate the development and delivery of new products, automating more of its customers’ operations, and to grow its engineering, deployment and sales teams across its North American offices. Additionally, it plans to establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub alongside its Manhattan headquarters.

“Our customers ask us to support more of their operations every year, and we raised now so we can keep pace with that demand,” Minna Song, co-founder and CEO of EliseAI, told Commercial Observer. “We’re investing in a second engineering hub in San Francisco alongside New York, and we’re hiring across engineering, deployment, and sales in New York, Boston, Chicago, Austin and Toronto. We’re investing in building a product that handles the daily work of running a building: leasing, renewals, maintenance, collections and the questions residents send at all hours.”

EliseAI bills itself as the only AI product in the space to work with all property types, from conventional multifamily to scattered-site and single-family properties to student and affordable properties, as well as properties managed locally and through centralization.

In June 2026, EliseAI announced that it had surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue, doubling revenue year-over-year for five consecutive years. The platform now powers one in six U.S. apartments, and more than 30 million Americans have interacted with EliseAI since its founding, according to the company.

In housing, EliseAI claims to build AI for every stage of renting a home. Its technology helps housing providers automate workflows across leasing, resident services, maintenance and renewals. These operators initially adopted the platform to automate leasing and resident communications.

Apollo, the agentic AI EliseAI launched earlier this month, is the latest step in that direction in the company’s product delivery. Capable of performing any task in the EliseAI platform, Apollo works within the systems that property teams already use and carries tasks through to completion for everyone from leasing agents to executives. The company plans to extend this approach across housing operations.

“Apollo is the agentic AI teammate we launched earlier this month that can answer questions, take actions, surface insights, automate recurring work and more based on natural-language prompts,” said Song. “Property teams spend far too much of their day on repetitive admin work. We see an opportunity to improve the day-to-day of onsite teams and what a career in property management looks like.”

In health care, administrative work keeps clinical staff from patients as much as it keeps property staff from residents, an issue EliseAI is now addressing in a manner similar to its tech approach to housing. A dedicated health care business within EliseAI serves specialty physician groups, automating the overall patient journey from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart prep and follow-up.

The company claims that leading health care organizations are seeing better patient experiences, clinical staff with more time to focus on care, and no patients falling through the cracks.

“EliseAI has spent years building inside the day-to-day complexity of housing,” Sameer Dholakia, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, who joined EliseAI’s board of directors as part of the financing, said in a statement. “The company combines exceptional AI research and engineering with a detailed understanding of how properties operate. That depth has produced measurable results for their customers, leading to deep customer love.”
