Sports & Social Opening Bethesda Location at Pike & Rose Next Month

Sports & Social, a sports entertainment hub that includes drinks, games and live music, will open its second Maryland location on Sept. 9 at Pike & Rose, a 24-acre mixed-use development that also includes 765 apartments, 99 condos, a 177-room hotel, and 80,000 square feet of office space in North Bethesda.
The company signed a 7,692-square-foot lease with landlord Federal Realty Investment Trust.
“Federal is always searching for superior new-to-market brands and concepts for its properties and we welcome Sports & Social to the Pike & Rose neighborhood,” Stuart Biel, Federal Realty’s senior vice president of leasing, said in a release. “Sports & Social brings a unique sports viewing, gaming and entertainment experience to Montgomery County and the greater D.C. metro region, contributing to the vibrant dining and entertainment mix in North Bethesda.”
The new venue will feature a dog-friendly exterior patio and a signature “Crush Bar” featuring a large selection of slushy cocktails.
Earlier this year, Sports & Social opened a location at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland in Hanover.
“Sports & Social is the perfect combination of incredible food, great entertainment and state-of-the-art sports viewing all in an upscale setting,” Andrew Izrael, general manager of Sports & Social Bethesda, said in a release.
