The five-year lease puts Richmond Hill on part of the 11th floor of ATCO Properties & Management’s 17-story office tower. Asking rent was $59 per square foot, according to the landlord.

“We are thrilled to welcome Richmond Hill Investment Co. to our building at 381 Park Avenue South,” Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman, co-president of ATCO, said in a statement. “The company was seeking new offices with great light and a cohesive layout. Given that the space is located in the front of the building with windows on three sides, it was an ideal fit for the firm’s business needs.”

The investment firm will relocate in the early fall, joining architecture firm Stephen B. Jacobs Group; law firm Goldstein, Rikon, Rikon & Houghton; and production company Superfly at the 210,000 square foot building between 26th and 27th streets.

ATCO’s William Carr and John Cinosky represented the landlord in the transaction. CBRE’s Evan Fiddle handled it for the tenant. Fiddle did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Five companies renewed their leases with ATCO in the building this year, including social media analytics firm ListenFirst Media and the Vintage Group, while Industrial Development Funding and Two Sticks have both recently signed on for less than 2,000 square feet, according to the landlord.
