A popular Brooklyn-based candlemaker is bringing it all in-house.

Anecdote Candles has signed a 7,200-square-foot lease at Liberty Bklyn, an office-and-industrial complex at 850 Third Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, according to Madison Capital, which is managing the property for landlord Salmar Properties. Madison declined to provide the term of the lease.

The boutique natural candlemaker will consolidate its production footprint, which currently spans multiple states, into its new headquarters beginning this summer. The fourth-floor space will serve manufacturing, shipping and administrative functions.

Liberty Bklyn was represented by Pinnacle Realty’s David Junik, Mark Caso, Steve Nadel and Nechama Liberow in the deal. Daniel Thompson of Savills handled the deal for Anecdote Candles. Asking rent at the building starts at $21.50 per square foot, according to Madison.

The 1.3 million-square-foot property, previously known as Liberty View Industrial Plaza, was recently repositioned for a mix of office and industrial tenants. It is now home to an Amazon delivery center, legal services firm Prime Clerk, and an event space. Its ground floor is leased to retail tenants Bed Bath & Beyond, Micro Center and Saks Off Fifth, while the rooftop is occupied by a 3.5-acre farm called Brooklyn Grange
