Production company Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY), which stages concerts in venues like Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, consolidated and expanded its digs at 250 West 57th Street, brokers on the deal said.

The concert promoter signed a 15-year lease for 17,644 square feet on the entire 19th floor of Empire State Realty Trust’s 26-story building between Broadway and Eighth Avenue, according to tenant brokers Norman Bobrow & Company. Asking rent was in the low $70s per square foot.

DCINY has been in the building near Columbus Circle for more than a decade and previously had 12,000 square feet on the ninth and 16th floors. It moved into its new single-floor space last month.

“This space allowed them to consolidate and run the entire company on one floor in a much more efficient way,” Norman Bobrow’s Matt Kashani said in a statement.

Kashani represented the tenant along with colleagues Michael Nazarian and Norman Bobrow while Cushman & Wakefield (CWK)’s Harry Blair and Sean Kearns handled it for the landlord. A spokesman for C&W did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

ESRT’s 537,839-square-foot property in Hells Kitchen has several other entertainment businesses in the building including music industry management firm RZO, business manager ML Management and music rights nonprofit the American Society for Composers, Authors and Publishers.
