Bill Saya of Berdon LLP sat down with RPW Group’s Robert Weisz to discuss recent projects RPW Group has worked on in Westchester and Manhattan, Robert’s view on the real estate market and what we can expect to see in the future from RPW Group.

0:27 – Robert, you have been called the visionary and have a talent for seeing things in properties that others are ignoring. A prime example of that is 800 Westchester Avenue in Rye Brook, can you explain what attracted you to that property and what you were able to do to make it such a success?
