High-end fashion public relations firm PR Consulting (PRC) is picking up stakes from 304 Hudson Street and moving to 100 Wall Street, Commercial Observer has learned.

The company is taking the entire 19,645-square-foot 24th floor of the building, which is owned by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers. The taking rent, according to someone involved in the deal, was in the mid-$50s per square foot. The 29-story, 520,000-square-foot building between Water and Front Streets is home to tenants like health care company CBPartners and the National Bank of Pakistan.

PRC is one of the first large tenants to vacate 304 Hudson Street, between Vandam and Spring Streets, following news that the Walt Disney Company acquired the rights to redevelop the site from Trinity Church Real Estate, which was reported by The Real Deal.

PRC’s choice of location, in the words of one party involved in the deal, showed the company’s “long-term commitment to the Seaport” area.

Brothers Joseph and Skyler Simon of Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) represented the tenant along with Eric ThomasScott Cahaly and Kyle Young of JLL (JLL) represented the landlord. The JLL and Cushman & Wakefield teams declined to comment through spokespeople.
