The release states that Donahue, who headed up C-III’s special servicing division, made the “personal decision to transition into an advisory role and spend more time with his family.” Donahue did not immediately respond to a request for comment regarding his future plans, but his email also states that he plans to recharge and that his intention is to remain active in the industry in some capacity.

Davis joined C-III in 2010, following the firm’s acquisition of Centerline’s servicing business, and  served as chief operating officer of C-III since 2011. He, in conjunction with Lindsey Wright (senior managing director) and Jenna Unell (general counsel) will now comprise C-III’s executive management team.

“We appreciate Kevin’s many contributions to C-III since joining the firm in 2012. His leadership helped navigate the firm through an extraordinarily busy period of growth and change, and we look forward to leveraging his experience as our business and the industry continue to evolve,” said Frank Garrison, the president of C-III Capital Partners, in the release. “We are fortunate to have someone of Barry’s caliber ready to seamlessly step into the role of President. I have the utmost confidence that his extensive industry experience and operational expertise will help position our business for future growth.”
