All four are being combined, Wells Fargo announced in a news release, to give customers a clear outline of their financial needs.

Mr. Davis is gradually moving into the role over the next few months, according to the bank, while a replacement is found for his most recent position as senior credit officer in the wholesale risk division.

In his new role, Mr. Davis will report to Ed Blakey, the head of Specialized Lending, Servicing and Trust, as well as Jon Weiss, the head of Wells Fargo Securities.

“It’s a tremendous opportunity for Wells Fargo to unite a very talented team of market leaders in CMBS originations, distribution and servicing and mortgage finance to better serve our customers with the products and services that are complimentary to the broad array of commercial real estate solutions that we offer,” Mr. Davis said in a statement.
