Estée Lauder’s Aramis and Designer Fragrance division, along with the company’s digital team, will soon have more space for its operations; according to the New York Post, the recognized beauty brand is increasing the size of its office at 28-40 West 23rd Street between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas by 100,000 square feet.

This expansion will bring the total size of Estee Lauder’s Chelsea office to 166,000 square feet. The Post reported Aramis will move from its current home on the third floor to the sixth through ninth floors and that asking rents were in the $69 to $75 range.
