“This lease brings the building back to full occupancy and demonstrates the continued strength of the Midtown South market,” said Robert Fisher, the director of commercial leasing for the Feil Organization, in prepared remarks. “Centro is a dynamic firm and we hope to be able to accommodate their future growth in the building.”

Centro is expected to move into the property in the second quarter of 2015.

Mr. Fisher represented the Feil Organization in negotiations and Avison Young’s John D. Ryan, Konstantine T. Sepsis and David Cohen represented Centro in the transaction. Avison Young could not immediately be reached for comment.

The property at 841 Broadway, built in 1894, includes 108,000 square feet and sits a block from Union Square. Other tenants at 841 Broadway include Chelsea Hotels, Max Brenner and EMC. The building has now reached 100 percent occupancy, according to the Feil Organization.
