RKF Announces Slew of Promotions

Six brokerage pros scored promotions at retail leasing, investment sale and consulting service giant RKF following the company’s expansion by nearly 5,000 square feet at its 521 Fifth Avenue headquarters, the firm announced Friday.

Brokers Jeremy Ezra, Greg Covey, Caleb Petersen, Marc Finkel, Brian Segall and Ross Berkowitz grabbed new titles at the company where officials say business has been booming.

“The individuals that we have promoted all embody these qualities and have demonstrated exceptional capabilities in securing and servicing business,” said Robert Futterman, RKF’s Chairman and CEO, in a prepared statement. “I am thrilled to see them rise within our growing organization.” Mr. Ezra’s rise headlines the group, with a jump up to the company’s executive committee.

The Skidmore College grad boasts 15 years of experience representing retailers like Reebok’s new concept IT’SUGAR, Adidas and Kenneth Cole and landlords in Long Island, New Jersey and Florida.

The other brokers have represented clients such as Jamestown Properties, Atlantic Development Group and Hilton Worldwide, as well as 7-Eleven, Marc Jacobs and Lacoste.
