International celebrity talent agency William Morris Endeavor Entertainment has signed a long-term lease for 70,000 square feet of space at 11 Madison Avenue, the New York Post reported.

The space is located on the entire 18th floor of the 2.3-million-square-foot building between 24th and 25th Streets, which is owned by the Sapir Organization and CIM Group.

William Morris, whose client roster includes CeeLo, Justin Timberlake, Neil Diamond and Steve Martin, recently acquired IMG, an international agency for sports, fashion and media.

Sony has also signed a lease at 11 Madison, and Yelp is in negotiations at the building, according to the Post.

William Morris was represented by Brian Goldman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and John Mambrino of Savills Studley in the transaction. The building owners were represented by Brad Gerla and Howard Fiddle of CBRE.

The talent agency has had offices at 1325 Avenue of the Americas for a long time.
