The firm’s northeast presence has grown from nine to 61 team members in the last three years. During that time, Transwestern has expanded its agency leasing, tenant advisory, investment sales, structured finance, property management and construction management capabilities across the region, with five recent full-time hires.

“Our business is rapidly expanding, and as our current lease draws to a close, this is a great opportunity to move to a fresh, premiere space designed to meet our business objectives and growing team member base, improve communication across departments and, ultimately, continue to provide unparalleled service for our clients,” said Patrick Robinson, Transwestern’s northeast president, in a statement.

“We are delighted to welcome Transwestern to one of the finest buildings within our portfolio,” added Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing at SL Green. “Transwestern is a highly regarded firm within the real estate industry that we’ve had the pleasure of working with on a number of important transactions over the past several years.”

Transwestern was recently awarded the exclusive office leasing assignment for Olympic Tower at 645 Fifth Avenue, home to the National Basketball Association, among other recent assignments.
