Eastern Consolidated Arranges Harlem Sale

Eastern Consolidated has arranged the sale of two walk-up residential rental properties in Harlem for $3.285 million.

146_west120thBLocated between Malcolm X Boulevard and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard, the three-story walk-up brownstones at 121 and 146 West 120thStreet are across the street from one another, one block from Marcus Garvey Park and just a few blocks from shopping and transportation on 116th and 125th Streets.

“These are beautiful brownstones in a thriving neighborhood,” said Ronda Rogovin, a senior director with Eastern Consolidated, who along with Chad Sinsheimer, represented the seller, an LLC. “Harlem is on the rise, and the apartment units are more in demand than ever.”  

The buildings contain a combined total of approximately 9,270 square feet. Each contains eight apartments, 11 of which are rent stabilized with an average monthly rent of $1,232. The remaining five free market apartments have an average monthly rent of $1,367.
