Univision Communications Inc. continues to expand its presence at 605 Third Avenue.

The media company serving Hispanic Americans will add the entire 19,000-square-foot 14th floor to its office space, bringing its total square footage to 194,601 square feet in the Fisher Brothers’ building.

Univision Communications initially entered the building in May 2012, taking 135,697-square-feet across the 8th, 11th, 32nd, and 33rd floors. In December, the company grabbed the 25th and 26th floor, adding 39,742-square-feet.

Carl Eriksen of CBRE represented Univision Communication in each of the transactions. Fisher Brothers Director of Leasing Marc Packman represented the landlord in-house. The deals are set to extend through December 2028.

The asking rent was not disclosed in the transaction.

The deal follows the signing of law firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, which took an additional 6,000 square feet. The expansion will add to the firm’s 25,000-square-foot presence. The lease is set to span through 2030. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank‘s Andrew Sachs and Ben Shapiro represented the tenant.

“Great companies seek out great space, and we’re pleased that Univision and Davidoff recognized the value of being in a world-class building that can serve their growing needs,” said Ken Fisher, a partner at Fisher Brothers, in a prepared statement. “We’re pleased to have Univision and Davidoff as valued tenants.”

Space is dwindling down in the 1.1 million-square-foot office building, with only the full 17th floor and portions of the 15th and 24th available for lease.
