Someone introduced us to Steve and the four of us–Steve, Joanne, me and my partner, Richard Selig–all hit it off. We have similar backgrounds and personalities.”

“The New York City office is now able to service the needs of both tenants and landlords,” CBC Alliance CEO Obie Walli said in a prepared statement. “Our executive team is made up of established professionals who are well-respected in the industry for their expertise and insiders’ acumen.”

Mr. Pressler, with the Brazilian development and investment company GAFISA USA,  founded Promenade Real Estate Corporation in 1989. Before that, he worked as a tenants’ broker at Helmsley Spear’s Midtown office. Ms. Agoglia in 1981 joined Gomes de Alemeida Fernandes Management and Construction, which would become GAFISA. She began working with Mr. Pressler when the company helped start Promenade. At that point she was named  Director of Asset Management.

The pair have represented landlords including Blackstone, DZ Bank , Jeff Sutton, Meadow PartnersSL Green Realty Corp. and The Witkoff Group.
