Richard Farley Joins Thor Equities as Vice President of Office Leasing

RichardFarley_NewThor Equities has hired Richard Farley to lead their leasing department as Vice President of Office Leasing. Mr. Farley will be joining in light of Thor Equities’ New York City portfolio expansion.

Mr. Farley will be leaving his post at ABS Partners Real Estate where he served as the executive managing director and the director of leasing. He had previously worked for RFR for twelve years as an executive vice president. His work at RFR amassed to managing over six million square feet of properties and negotiating on over 300 leases annually, including leasing at the iconic Lever House and Seagram Building.
