George Comfort & Sons Cocktail Event

A cocktail event in Manhattan hosted by George Comfort & Sons, with Newmark Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE, to showcase its portfolio of suburban office properties drew a strong turnout. In brief remarks, Peter Duncan, president and chief executive of George Comfort & Sons, noted that the suburban portfolio–four properties totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet–in Stamford, Conn., and Rye Brook and Purchase, New York–are well situated within their respective markets and have undergone, or are undergoing, major capital improvement programs. Even if that weren’t the case, however, attendees seemed to have had a rollicking good time.
