Marketing agency Publicis Modem is consolidating two offices at 75 Ninth Avenue and 4 Herald Square in a 55,000-square-foot space at 85 10th Avenue. The company signed a sublease with CBS College Sports, which will vacate the space and move to 63 Madison Avenue.
The asking rent was $48 per square foot for the six-year deal.
Gordon Ogden and Joseph Thanhauser of Byrnam Wood represented the tenant. Dan Posey of Studley represented CBS Colege Sports.
Crain’s had news of the lease on June 15.
