Sky View Center
Bob’s Discount Furniture is the newest retailer at the 800,000-square-foot shopping center Sky View Center in Flushing, Queens. The complex also has a BJ’s Wholesale Club and a Best Buy, with about a half-dozen other retailers set to open in phases.
The entire center is more than 70 percent leased.
“Bob’s Discount Furniture is another great addition to the Sky View Center tenant roster and it was a great opening event,” Michael Dana, president of landlord Onex Real Estate Partners, said in a statement. “The mix of national and regional retailers as well as mid-sized and smaller shops is helping to make Sky View Center one of New York’s best one stop shopping destinations in decades.”
