JPMorgan Chase has staffed the leadership of its Corporate Real Estate Group.
Kim Bertin and David Arena have been named co-heads of the group. Ms. Kim, a former senior director at CB Richard Ellis and head of real estate at Bertlesmann/Random House, will be responsible for the group’s real estate portfolio for the Americas.
Mr. Arena, a chairman of Grubb & Ellis’ Tri-State division (and, before that, head of its day-to-day operations as CEO), will oversee international and retail financial services.
