Busy Quarter for 276 Fifth! 17K-Plus Feet in Renewals, New Leases

Six leases totaling 17,303 square feet have been signed at 276 Fifth Avenue in Chelsea in the past three months.
Law firm David Horowitz P.C. took 4,927 square feet in the third floor. Another law firm, Mavrides, Moyal & Associates LLP, took 4,000 square feet on the fourth floor. Clinical psychologist Paul Greene signed a 10-year lease for 2,154 square feet on the ninth floor. Creative Marketing renewed a lease for 1,396 square feet on the third floor. Handel House of Fabrics Inc. signed for 1,500 square feet on the second floor. Public-relations firm Geto and deMily Inc. took 3,326 square feet for seven years on the eight floor.
Alan Eagle of Bergson Strategies LLC represented Geto and deMily. Elliot Klein of Winoker Realty, the building’s manager, represented landlord 276 Managers LLC and all other tenants in their transactions.
“This building benefits from 21st-century amenities and mechanicals,” Mr. Klein said in a statement. “All of the elevators and bathrooms were recently restored, and the office suites were upgraded to tenant-specified improvements to give users all the modern advantages in a highly elegant setting. In addition to the property’s excellent location, these were strong selling points for all of these tenants.”
