Handel House of Fabrics Inc. signed for 1,500 square feet on the second floor. Public-relations firm Geto and deMily Inc. took 3,326 square feet for seven years on the eight floor.
Alan Eagle of Bergson Strategies LLC represented Geto and deMily. Elliot Klein of Winoker Realty, the building’s manager, represented landlord 276 Managers LLC and all other tenants in their transactions.
“This building benefits from 21st-century amenities and mechanicals,” Mr. Klein said in a statement. “All of the elevators and bathrooms were recently restored, and the office suites were upgraded to tenant-specified improvements to give users all the modern advantages in a highly elegant setting. In addition to the property’s excellent location, these were strong selling points for all of these tenants.”
