Wells Fargo Arm Expands by 12K Feet in SL Green’s 100 Park

Wells Fargo Trade Capital Services Inc., part of the Wells Fargo bank, has expanded by 12,065 square feet on part of the second floor of 100 Park Avenue, and now occupies a total of 69,226 square feet in the tower, including the entire third floor.
The asking rent was $60 a square foot, and the lease is for 10 years, according to Crain’s.
“We were delighted to assist Wells Fargo Trade Capital in its rapid expansion requirement,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of real property at landlord SL Green.
