7 penn plaza property shark Feil’s Seven Penn Records Renewal Expansion, Sublease Two deals have been signed at Seven Penn Plaza, also known as 370 Seventh Avenue.

The accounting firm Tarlow & Company signed a 7,795-square-foot renewal and expansion. Randall Briskin represented landlord the Feil Organization in-house. Bill Berkis of Winoker Realty represented the tenant.

“The Feil Organization acted promptly to build out the two new contiguous spaces once the Tarlow lease for pre-built space was signed,” Mr. Berkis said in a statement. “The tenant was able to expand within the building and also enjoy the security of a long-term lease.”

Gardner Publications signed a four-year, two-month, 1,839-square-foot sublease with online grocer Fresh Direct. Eric Kahn of First New York Realty represented Fresh Direct. Mr. Berkis represented Gardner Publications.
