Accessories designer Sequin has signed a five-year lease for 12,600 square feet on 257 West 39th Street. The company will use the space as a warehouse and distribution center, in addition to its 8,000-square-foot showroom at 234 West 39th Street. The asking rent was $17.95 per square foot.

Christine Traina of Prudential Douglas Elliman represented landlord Manocherian Brothers.
