Suite Deal! Rosewood Relocating to 330 Seventh for 10-Year Lease

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, which owns 17 hotels in the Americas and the Middle East, took a 10-year lease of 5,700 square feet at 330 Seventh Avenue. The company is relocating from 148 Madison Avenue and will use the new space for its regional sales office.
“It was important for Rosewood Hotels to be in a building with a strong suite of services, such as 24-hour security, and 330 Seventh was a good fit,” said Bob Stella, executive vice president of CresaPartners, which negotiated the lease.
Mr. Stella and Justin Halpern, an associate at CresaPartners, represented the tenant. Neil Rubin of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Super Nova 330 LLC.
