Here Comes the Story of the Hurricane: 13K Feet on Park
Park Avenue is about to get tropical. The Hurricane Club, a Polynesian restaurant, is slated to open in September after signing a 13,000-square-foot lease at 360 Park Avenue South.
The restaurant is a collaboration between Michael Stillman and chef Craig Koketsu.
Robert Draizen and Spencer Levy of Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the tenant. David Tricarico and Devon McBride of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
