CB Richard Ellis has hired Mitchell Kiffe, a 30-year real estate veteran, to lead the firm’s capital markets efforts as a senior managing director, it was announced last week.
Mr. Kiffe, previously the vice president of Freddie Mac’s Multi-Family Loan Production Department, will be responsible for driving production in CBRE’s Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA product lines. He will also collaborate with the firm’s investment sales group on an integrated FHA platform, according to a release.
“Mitchell is a dynamic leader in the multi-housing industry who will direct our efforts to deliver truly coordinated multi-housing finance alternatives to satisfy our clients’ ever-evolving needs,” said Peter Donovan, senior managing director of CBRE’s national Multi-Housing Group. “We feel very fortunate to have someone of Mitchell’s stature and experience joining our finance team.”
