Cushman & Wakefield’s Finney Wins Big REBNY Award

Clark Finney, a young associate at Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) with less than three years of experience in real estate, was on March 2 named the Real Estate Board of New York’s “Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year” for 2009, it was announced.
Mr. Finney, whose achievements in 2009 included tripling to 13,000 square feet the office size of client NEST fragrances, will be awarded a one-year seat on REBNY’s Board of Governors as well as a lifetime membership in the group’s Circle of Winners.
“Our Commercial Board of Directors reviewed all of the candidates and chose a winner who they felt had a number of extremely impressive accomplishments compared to his years in the field,” said REBNY president Steven Spinola in a prepared statement.
