The insurance litigation law firm Nicoletti Gonson Spinner LLP inked a five-year renewal of its 12,500-square-foot lease at 555 Fifth Avenue, The Commercial Observer has learned.
Paul Revson, Zev J. Holzman, and Ryan Rafter of Studley represented the tenant, which has taken part of the building’s eighth floor since 2006. John K. Lord of ATCO Brokerage Services represented the landlord, ATCO Properties & Management. Asking rent was in the low- to mid-$50s per square foot.
“We’re delighted that this prestigious law firm has extended their lease at our building,” Mr. Lord said. “555 Fifth Avenue offers a tremendous mix of prime office and retail space in the heart of midtown, just blocks from Grand Central Terminal.”
The firm’s neighbors in the 20-floor Midtown tower include Harris Corporation, Global Excess Partners, Floyd Advisory, Barnes & Noble and Wichcraft.
About 30,000 square feet remain available to lease in the 225,000-squre-foot property, which was completed in 1955.
Mr. Lord and Representatives from Studley could not immediately be reached for comment.
