“We’re delighted that this prestigious law firm has extended their lease at our building,” Mr. Lord said. “555 Fifth Avenue offers a tremendous mix of prime office and retail space in the heart of midtown, just blocks from Grand Central Terminal.”

The firm’s neighbors in the 20-floor Midtown tower include Harris Corporation, Global Excess Partners, Floyd Advisory, Barnes & Noble and Wichcraft.

About 30,000 square feet remain available to lease in the 225,000-squre-foot property, which was completed in 1955.

Mr. Lord and Representatives from Studley could not immediately be reached for comment.
