The property recently underwent a $7 million capital improvement program featuring a new retail façade and lobby; and more than 100,000 square feet of space has been leased since the renovation was finalized.

“This is a testament to the transformation of 114 West 41st Street’s lobby renovation being amongst the finest in the neighborhood,” said David Green, a Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) executive director, in a prepared statement.  “The office building is conveniently located between two of Manhattan’s major transportation hubs in Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal.”

Carri Lyon and Mark Mandell from Cushman & Wakefield represented SpotCo; while Green, Tara Stacom, Peter Alden and Ashlea Aaron represented the landlord as exclusive leasing agents for the office building.

The brokers did not immediately return calls seeking comment.

Attorney J. Goodwin Bland of Bingham McCutchen LLP represented SpotCo; and Mitchell Baron of Goulston & Storrs represented the landlord.
