ZS Associates, a sales advisory, has signed a lease for 19,869 square feet at the Empire State Building, according to a press release from the landlord.

The company is taking part of the 51st floor of the 2.8-million-square-foot building—which has an official address of 350 Fifth Avenue between West 33rd and West 34th Streets—for 10 years, according to Empire State Realty Trust. Asking rent in the deal was $72 per square foot, per The New York Post, which first reported news of the lease.

“We are delighted to have another global business leader join the exclusive tenant roster at the Empire State Building,” Thomas Durels, ESRT’s head of leasing, said in prepared remarks.

ZS Associates has been based on the 21st floor of 140 East 45th Street since 2005, according to CoStar Group. It currently leases 11,703 at the building between Third and Lexington Avenues.

Joe Arnstein, Erik Schmall and Daniel Thompson of Savills Studley represented ZS Associates at the Empire State Building, while Paul Glickman, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Kip Orban and Harley Dalton of JLL represented ESRT along with Ryan Kass, Fred Posniak and Shanae Ursini in-house. The brokers declined to comment via a spokeswoman.

Earlier this year, online travel company Expedia signed a 9,000-square-foot lease at the 102-story skyscraper, as Commercial Observer reported in January. Shutterstock expanded by 25,000 square feet at the same time bringing the internet-based photo company’s total foothold to more than 100,000 square feet at the 85-year-old building.
