Jacardi Inks 2,500-Square-Foot Lease at 911 Broadway For First Flatiron District Store

The French childrenswear line Jacardi signed a lease for 2,500 square feet at 911 Broadway in the Flatiron District. It will be the company’s first Manhattan retail location below 59th Street.

David Baker and Julie Louzon of Isaacs & Co. represented the tenant. Michelle Ball of Rudd Realty represented the landlord, RJR Realty. Crain’s reports that the asking rent was $270 per square foot. Read More

Kima Zabete Expands and Relocates in Soho

Kima Zabete will be moving to 477 Broome Street in Soho.

The fashion designer’s 12-year lease at 96 Greene Street is coming to an end and the brand will make a jump south to 477 Broome Street in an expansion effort. Kima Zabete will take a 10,000-square-foot space that is split between a 6,000-square-foot ground space and a 4,000-square-foot lower level. Read More
