Kobeyaki will be opening a second location in Midtown.
The recently-opened Japanese restaurant located at 293 Seventh Avenue between 26th and 27th streets will be opening a new location at the base of 110 West 40th Street in the Garment District. The restaurant will span approximately 2,441 square feet.

Founded in 1991, Eastern Nationwide Supply has operated as an jewelry importer and wholesale distribution in the United States. The company works out of the second floor of 22 West 32nd Street but will relocate to Olmstead Properties‘ 1261 Broadway, between 31st and 32nd Street.

Kid’s apparel maker Bentex Group Inc. has reached a deal to renew its lease for 17,000 square feet of space and tack on an additional 6,000 square feet at 34 W. 33rd Street.
