Startup Takes Full Floor at Moinian’s 60 Madison Avenue

Eyeview, an online video production company, has inked a five-year deal for office space at 60 Madison Avenue.

The tech company will be taking 18,783 square feet for the entire fourth floor of the 12-story Midtown South building, according to JLL, which represented the landlord. It’s relocating from 29 East 19th Street between Broadway and Park Avenue South—half a mile away from its new office. Read More


Moinian to Install New Lobby at 60 Madison Avenue Later This Year

The Moinian Group will begin the final phase of renovations at 60 Madison Avenue in the fourth quarter of this year, The Commercial Observer has learned.

Improvements at the 13-story, 195,000-square-foot Midtown South building will include a new glass and stone lobby designed by the architecture firm Gensler, new elevator cabs, updated common corridors and an advanced security system.  Read More


Murray Hill Properties Wins Leasing Assignment At Moinian-Owned 60 Madison Avenue


The Moinian Group has awarded the leasing assignment for 60 Madison Avenue to Murray Hill Properties, The Commercial Observer has learned.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank was the previous leasing agent at the 12-floor, 200,000-square-foot building at Madison Avenue between 26th and 27th Streets. Murray Hill Properties, which a source says won the assignment two weeks ago, plans to rename the building 2 Madison Park. Read More

DSA Management Takes Part of the 11th Floor in 60 Madison Avenue

Family-owned real estate company DSA Management has inked a 7-year lease to take part of the 11th floor at 60 Madison Avenue, The Commercial Observer has learned.

The company, which is currently listed at 113 East 12th Street, will be moving into a 2,200 square foot office space inside the The Moinian Group-0wned building.

Daniel Lolai of Murray Hill Properties represented DSA Management in the deal. Jovani Rampersad of The Moinian Group represented the landlord in-house.

Asking rent was $45-a-square-foot.

The space had been vacant for a spell, while the 11th floor of 60 Madison Avenue attracted a mix of new tenants like consulting and design companies, a person familiar with the deal said. Corbel Capital Services, a financial firm, and G. Hensler & Company , a fashion designer, also take space on the 11th floor, according to CoStar data.  Read More
